Overview:
Our Community Outreach programs were established to assist with our parishioner's needs during difficult times. If you are in need of help, please see our services offered below. If you are interested in volunteering to help, please visit our participation page for more information.› Bereavement Ministry
Are you recently bereaved, or struggling with grief over a loss? Your parish family does not want you to be alone as you walk this difficult path! › Request Pastoral Care and Update Parishioner Information - Help us keep track of all the members of the flock!
If you are a parishioner, or know a parishioner who is in the hospital, has recently moved to a nursing home, or is newly shut-in at home, please choose a link below. You can either fill out the contact form as a PDF or submit the form securely online and tell us about the parishioner's new location and how we can help.
Please help us keep up to date, as we cannot provide pastoral care for our people if we do not know they are in one of these situations!
